Boa localização. Com comércio e transportes próximos.

Mau cheiro (esgoto). Insonorização muito má. Ouve-se o som dos carros a passar na rua toda a noite e o ruído dos outros apartamentos. Poucas toalhas para o número de hóspedes. Camas desconfortáveis, uma delas com o estrado estragado. Cozinha com poucos utensílios.
