ORM Carregal Apartment

Everything was great - modern, clean and fancy! I'm happy to stay there and truly enjoy the spending time in the apartment. Also, localisation is very comfortable to all sightseeings. Highly recommend!❤️

Me gustó lo céntrico que estaba y el apartamento era correcto, todo según la descripción.

Que justo delante había obras por una nueva línea de metro, pero no nos molestó en ningún momento, también es verdad que nos alojamos en fin de año.

Super lokalizacja. Czyste, ładne mieszkanie. Łatwa komunikacja z gospodarzami. Wygodny dojazd. Za oknem trwa budowa metra, ale w nocy nic nie słychać.

Śniadania - na słodko i trochę małe jak na dwie osoby.

Location and cleanliness were excellent despite the major development work going on outside the door

Check in was a bit of a hassle. No information received on what apartment we were allocated and information was contradictory.

Clean, smart first floor apartment with lovely stone features yet modern kitchenette and bathroom. Kitchenette has fridge, hob, microwave/ oven, kettle, dishwasher.There is a lovely peaceful garden at the back of the building with a pool( great for a cooling dip after climbing all those hills). Communication with owners was easy and helpful. Location is good, close to Torre Clerigos. Be aware though that it is located at a high level and so walking back up from the river will be a steep hike. The streets are all charming and it’s a good way to see more of the city than just the river area.

Some firmer pillows would have been nice. A washing machine would also be good .

We liked nothing about this place. You are staying on a building site. Work starts from 7am and diggers are going past the bedroom window. The apartment is basic and no washing machine which you would expect. The views are awful, the noise is awful. The layout is awful! We were booked for one week and only managed 3 nights. We asked for a refund of the remaining nights and were told no. We have videos of the noise and the view but all the owners/ company looking after the apartment are interested in is money and refused to accept any responsibility. The facilities like pool etc are also unclean and need updated. They also asked for 15 euros to do up the sofa bed! Total money racket with no consideration for the holiday makers! Booking.com also did nothing despite agreeing the noise etc were unfair and unrealistic. AVOID!

Nos faltaba un mando de la TV y no pudimos usarla

Heel mooi gerenoveerd appartement met alle comfort en voorziening

Kleine details ontbreken nog in de badkamer zoals haakjes voor handdoek, wc-rol houder en zeep-houder in de douche. Ook een plankje voor je toilettas. Makkelijk op te lossen en mogelijk komen die nog…
