The location is great to walk into the heart of the city. Parking is onsite in the garage below with elevator access. Apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Some things in the room are outdated. The main hallway leading to the apartment has an odd aroma but probably nothing they can control.

Perfect location, you can reach all main attractions just by walking. Very close to a metro station and a bus stop, max. 3 min walk. Grocery store next to the entrance, where you can buy water and everything you need. Nice quiet and safe area. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. Well equipped apartment in general: Microwave, fridge, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc. Comfortable bed. Good and quiet AC. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great studio, I loved it. With one minor drawback. The apartment door is quite thin, so apartment is not sound proof at all. You can hear all neighbors opening/closing doors, talking in a hall from very early morning. Since a bed is located very close to the door, you can't escape all this noise. However, it's quiet and calm in the evenings, so if you prefer go to bed and wake up early, it's a perfect place for you.

I had a great stay here. The location was perfect, the place was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I also appreciated having a market just below, which made everything very convenient.

Nothing

I’m really glad I stayed in this location as it has excellent transportation connections around the city and lots of good restaurants within east walking distance. Also there is a supermarket right downstairs and a larger one a block away. I was also happy that there was a washing machine. Finally, this appears to be mostly a commercial building and it’s nice to know you aren’t taking a residential apartment that is so desperately needed by locals.

Six weeks before my stay another person referred to a “mothball smell”. I assumed it would be addressed before my arrival but unfortunately it was not. I don’t know if the smell was mothballs, mold, mildew or something else but it gave me severe headaches and caused respiratory problems. I could only really breathe with the windows open but I didn’t feel safe leaving them open while I slept or when I wasn’t there (due to pigeons, seagulls and high winds). Aside from that there were only minor concerns, like a lumpy mattress and rock-hard, thin pillows.
