Accueil et communication très faciles, en personne dans l'appartement. C'est un duplex avec 2 chambres à l'étage, une mini-terrasse, tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement.

Excellent location in quiet street right in the centre of Ponta Del Garda. Free parking within 2 minutes walk. Small supermarket just at the bottom of the road, and plenty of other shops, restaurants and points of interest all within walking distance. A perfect base to explore Sao Miguel. The accommodation is spacious, with enough room to sleep up to 6 people (including the sofa bed in the living room). We were a family of 4 so had loads of space. Lots of towels and extra bed linen provided. Host was super helpful and friendly.

Really nothing to complain about at all. The bathroom could perhaps use a little modernisation, but all functions perfectly well. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb up to get to the apartment, but no problem for us.

Era un apartamento muy moderno, soleado e iluminado, bonito, grande, con mucho espacio para guardar las maletas y la ropa... Tenía todos los servicios que necesitábamos (nevera, congelador, microondas, cafetera, ducha, secador, lavadora...). Estaba muy limpio, aunque nos encontramos más de una cucaracha (creo que es normal en la zona). Pudimos aparcar todos los días en un párquing gratis a 5 minutos andando. El apartamento está muy céntrico, con supermercados cerca, pero sin demasiado jaleo, es una zona tranquila. La amfitriona fue muy agradable y estuvo atenta a lo que necesitásemos, incluso se adaptó al check-in.

En las habitaciones de arriba, si no se abre cuando toca para que corra el aire, hace mucho calor (aunque creo que hay aire acondicionado). Hay muchas escaleras para llegar al apartamento y dentro de él. La puerta para salir a la pequeña terraza costaba mucho de abrir y cerrar y alguna vez se quedó atascada.

Първото нещо, което ми направи лошо впечатление, беше уговорката ни да си оставим багажа по-рано и да се настаним когато апартаментът е готов. Пристигнахме от летището направо на адреса и се оказа, че всъщност няма да може да си оставим багажа и трябваше с всичките куфари да се придвижим до центъра, за да изчакаме. А улицата е под наклон, което ни затрудни. След като ни отвориха входната врата, се оказа, че за да стигнем до апартамента, трябва да изкачим много, тесни и стръмни стъпала. След това се оказа, че и спалните са на втори етаж, което означаваше още стъпала. Едната спалня беше със скосяване, което пречи за нормалния достъп до едното легло. Банята също не ми хареса много.

It is a spacious apartment, centrally located, with all conveniences. The host was very kind and helpful. Very good value for money.

Some signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was a bit small. Pedal on the trashbin for the toilet wasn't working, not very hygienic.

Location is amazing. 5m away from restaurants and coffees, free parking 1 street away. Price was the best we found for the date. Was spacious. Host was from other world. Lots of amenities, towels and kitchen appliances. As described:) late check out was allowed.

Bathroom was too humid and with a weird smell. Nothing life changing but definitely needs an upgrade. Bedroom windows are awful, you can hear from outside and it is not insulated well enough, which makes the wind sounds loud. We were kind of expecting to find a cockroach because, well, it is an island. Still, awful experience. Found only two during the stay, as the house as traps to scare them away, but one was a little dinosaur.
