location, good prompt communication. Self check in. Nice of them to have kept milk and cookies.

I liked that the property located in the city centre, next to a couple of hip bars. There is on street paid parking and a free parking nearby (although it was always full). Good quality/price ratio.

Some of the appliances and fixtures need maintenance (e.g. kitchen tap, light bulbs in bedroom). We didn’t find it very easy to check in as communication with the person providing the keys was absent (tried to call/WhatsApp and no answer).

Paula was an exceptional host . she was very friendly and go's out of her way to make sure you have all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. Well located as well basically for most of your needs.

There wasn't really anything to dislike

The location was good and that was the only advantage of the place.

We had no hot water for 3 entire days and they knew we were travelling with our 16-month-old baby. When we made a complaint about that, the host could only say that the guests staying one floor up, probably use up the hot water before us. On the 4th day of our stay we had a cockroach invasion! Disgusting and horrifying experience. When we told them, they could only tell that this is a specialty of the island. Thank you… Besides the whole flat was humid and full of mildew. Staying there not only destroyed our holidays but affected our general health.
