Sara, our host was absolutely amazing. She had a little gift of the food tray and some Portuguese treats when we first arrived having a garage for a rental car was absolutely the best place was amazing. Close to downtown closer to all amenities air conditioning. It was like home away from home, I rate her a perfect 10am the place will definitely be staying there in the future

Our favorite rental. Clean, fresh smelling, great location, screens in windows allowing air flow, the host Dara was outstanding in her communication, support and helpfulness to us during our stay. The best ! I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The location was excellent. Just a five minute walk to the center of Porta Delgada. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Very useful to have a garage as this is an area where street parking must be paid for. The owner Sara was very helpful and gave us lots of information.

We had a small hire car so this was not a problem for us. but a large car may struggle to get into the garage parking.

The apartment was fully stocked with many essentials, fixtures, appliances, etc. Kids had books, coloring pages, and even video games. Bath and beach towels. Ample supply of toilet paper. Extra pillows, blankets. The list goes on. The apartment was very spacious, bright, and had lots of storage. The location was fantastic -- and the garage was a huge bonus for us. The manager (landlord?) Sara was extremely accommodating and a great communicator. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and even some local treats waiting for us. I highly recommend this vendor.

Having an AC was appreciated but I wish it was installed in the hallway (vs. the lounge) to serve the bedrooms better. The faucet in the shower was finicky -- took some time to figure it. Finally I recommend that the landlord installs a shelf (shelves) in the bathroom -- for a family of four there was little room to put our personal care items.
