ON Apartments - Garden View

Friendly staff who communicates well even before the check in.

The ideal localisation - very close to one the mainest metro stations and the historic center, plenty of local restaurants, bars and shops around, very helpful and nice host.

Not fully equipped apartament - lack of knife, coffee and sugar etc. The walls must have been very thin - we could hear every movement on the stairs outdoor and in a flat above - It was quite annoying.

The apartment was so cleaned and the staff was amazing!

Really nice apartment near from the metro station!

Though Andre had to wait for us until approximately midnight because of the failure of a pre - booked taxi , he did so and with courtesy and excellent English helped us into the appartment and put such a bad start to the holiday behind us; he returned the following morning to deliver a full briefing , the contents of which we used to enjoy the appartment and fully explore Porto. Andre is a credit to your organisation and if this is the standard of your employees you are indeed fortunate.

I would have liked to stay longer - other than that I have no cmplaints.
