"Great location and nice host but loud, heavy cleaning chemicals smell, not easy parking. Not worth the price."

The good: location is great. Apartment is stocked nicely. Communication was great. Host super nice. The bad: the use of heavy smelling cleaner and glade plug in. The room smelled very strong and caused me 2 days of sneezing. Opened window and put glade outside and still. Parking is not easy like we were told. Limited space and tight. The place is new and nice but very narrow with weird layout. Basically one long room. One door with window only. Noisy. Walls thin and can hear people above outside etc. fridge kicks in and is right behind bed and loud too. Bottom line for that price can find better options.

"Exceptional"

Host was great, AC broke but he managed to get it replaced within a day. He also offered tips for getting around, eating and shopping. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Nespresso machine including capsules provided and tea as well.
