Charming Apartment I Historical Center

Very historic, at the center of everything. 1 block away is a view of the whole city. Beautiful houses, old books, and restaurants galore! Daniel is an excellent, very responsive host and the apartment is spotless!

The only thing I didn’t love was the spring mattress. Everything else was great.

Great location tucked away but close to shops and restaurants

Charming romantic small ground floor apartment in quiet little back street with very easy access to no 28 tram, trains, superb viewing point, little restaurants and bars in Barrio Alto. Very small kitchenette but very useful for simple meals which is great for stays longer than couple days like us.

Very little sound insulation from clomping feet and conversations in apartment above us ! Even with boiler hot water switched to full water in shower only just hot enough for a winter trip. Fine in summer I’m sure

I liked the area

The apartment that is charming is in a good location to visit many sights. It is decorated in a relaxed fashion and is well equipped for some food, coffee, etc. and enough utensils. It is very easy to get supplies in the neighborhood as there are many local markets with fresh fruits, vegetables, staples, etc. I easily found yogurt, bananas, granola, water, etc. in any of the shops. I am not here to cook but I like the convenience of starting with breakfast & be on my way to adventure in Portugal. The host is the best, going out of his way to help me with an issue. I don’t know where I would be without his caring, help, and sincere concern. On a scale of 1-10 I give Daniel a 20!

Very nice and clean. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Very good location. Definitely recommended!

The place was cleaned, good location (downtown), kitchen fully equipped and the staff was very helpful.
