Special cleaning procedures are implemented according to local legislation requirements to reassure the safety of our guests. The apartment shall be made available to the guests duly cleaned. The guests commit to leaving the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food in the apartment. There will be no additional cleaning service nor change of bed linens or towels included in the rates during the stay. For additional cleaning service during the stay, the guest will have to request it upon the booking confirmation or during the stay directly from the hosts. Extra cleaning (same as cleaning fee) fee will be charged accordingly. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Additional towel changes are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 10 per towel set.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
