"Appartamento eccellente!!"

Casa molto accogliente e ben divisa, si trova in zona molto centrale quindi non c'è bisogno di prendere un taxi per andare nelle zone più belle della città, si va a piedi tranquillamente, i balconi si affacciano in una via molto bella, gradevole anche rilassarsi affacciati. Ogni tipo di negozio è a 2 passi, soprattutto gli alimentari. Proprietari sempre disponibili.

In linea di massima è andato tutto bene, avrei preferito un aspirapolvere migliore perché quella in dotazione funziona malissimo, indispensabile per pulire il tappeto in sala da pranzo, qualche piccolo segno di usura un po' qui e un po' la ma tranquillamente trascurabili.

It was easy to collect the keys and gain access to the appartment . Video received before with clear explanation of access and other details .

Not a criticism - the access details with video could have been sent earlier than few hours before - my phone broke just after entry video was received and had not been able to share this . I had no access to anything my friend tried to contact booking.com to retrieve details - but was unable to retrieve details . Luckily managed to get phone repaired and retrieve details .

Charmante, recht umfänglich ausgestattete und helle Wohnung in zentraler Altstadt-Lage, schmaler sonniger Balkon mit Aussicht zur (sehr belebten) Straße. Freundliche und zuverlässige Kommunikation (tw. Übersetzung aus dem Portugiesischen nötig) mit dem Vermieter. Frühes Check in war möglich. Sehr nah gelegene Metro Station mit praktischer Verbindung zum Flughafen.

Sehr laute Straße zumal bei offenen Fenstern, tagsüber v.a. durch reichlichen Autoverkehr und nachts zusätzlich durch viele lärmende Passanten. Laminat-Boden tw. sanierungsbedürftig. Klappernde laute Lüftung im Bad. Defekte Herdplatte mit Riss.

Emplacement idéal dans le cœur historique de Porto, tout près du métro et même des bus. Tout le centre historique peut se visiter à pied si on aime marcher donc c'est top. Il y a des magasins, donc très facile de se nourrir, d'aller au restaurant, de faire des courses ou même les magasins. Il y a une petite caisse à jouet dans l'appartement, nous avons apprécié!

Il y avait des petites choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas très bien, rien de grave.

"Quite spacious apartment in a good location."

Very good located, easy to walk to metro, bus and even to Ribeira. Aliados and Trinidade right next to. Nice tiny balcony to enjoy Porto evenings. Quite spacious. Good water pressure. Michelin restaurant a cross the street.

Couch could be updated to feel more comfortable for long term sleeping.
