Too late for check in time. Too hard to communicate since English is not good. Luggage storage advice was late. Verbal instructions to use lock the doors were unclear

Everything was awesome! So big and comfy aparment!

Could be a bit more cleaner

Closed to the city Center. Big rooms, balconies.

We were on 4th floor ( you can count it as 6th). No elevator.☹️ Close to pink street, so very noisy at night

Location couldn’t be more perfect. You can easily go anywhere by foot and all city transportation is near.

It’s an old building so the noise isolation isn’t the best but after a day you get used to the sound of the city.

Fridge and freezer do not work; kettle did not work; towels not changed, which for 5 nights is not ideal, and finally, the door locks are very temperamental and can often take a lot of time to lock and unlock.

very noisy place, even if we are on the 4th floor, we hear young people partying until 4am. The elevator didn't work and neither did the fridge, so the kitchen wasn't really functional for cooking fresh food. The door code of the apartment worked once in 5 so patience was needed to enter. It was impossible to get in touch with the establishment: no one ever picked up the phone and no apology email was sent to us during the stay.
