Location, location, location. space. equipment in kitchen good quality.

Attitude of agency managing the property, they didn't seem to care about the quality of the presentation to clients. We had to ask for glasses as shortage and spoons as only 3 between 4. No apology. Took too much reminding to get them. complete lack of interest in our need to get into apartment building during the power cut. Apartment itself was in need of TLC, a decent clean through out, shower over bath should be properly attached to wall, bedroom blinds reattached and cleaned. Windows verg stiff so apartment difficult to ventilate etc.

Location was brilliant and close to some lovely genuine restaurants. Public transport was good and we used trams and the Metro to get around as well as a lot of walking.

Plug in one of the bathroom sinks was missing and the switches on both bed side lights in one room did not work. TV did not work after a software update. These are minor things but ones the owners need to address. It did not spoil our holiday and overall we were very happy with the flat.

The gate to the building is opened via a door code, the apartment door is opened via a key stored inside of lockbox. Tram 28 is close by, the suite is walking distance to the square and tourist hot spots.

The emails I received had links to many items, as a result, I clicked on the wrong address and mistakenly showed up at the head office instead of the suite, which then required me to get another taxi to reach the suite. Coffee machine available, but no tea or coffee in the suite. The bathroom fixtures are loose and wobbly, needs some minor repairs. Sofa could be replaced, its old and worn.

Spacious and in a good location

There is black mould in the bathrooms and the entire apartment is in desperate need of a clean and repair. The fittings in the bathrooms are also broken. There are only 2 glasses but so many lamps, there was even a lamp in the laundry basket

Beds are super comfortable. Location is fantastic. Overall it worked well for our needs.

Shower could have been a little cleaner. Could use a bit more light in the living room. These were not major problems, just nice to have's that would have made the experience top level.
