"Characterful townhouse in a great location"

The location was brilliant- 2 min walk from the train station and within walking distance of some of the lovely sights and palaces. The townhouse had everything we needed and more and was full of character

. Perfect location.

The place needs a few repairs. The house has a strong smell of sewer. The water heating system is leaking. Pipes makes a lot of noise, when using... Profit should not be at any cost, without considering the confort of who ever stay there. Thermal and acoustic insulation is very poor. What a petty... It could be a huge success
