Es un lugar muy cómodo con todas las instalaciones necesarias, central , tenia muchos artículos de cocina y aseo personal, su anfitriona fue bastante amable de principio a final, 100% recomendado :)

Great situation

We stayed here twice. The first time was good, and we were happy to return. Second time we had a different room and it was not so good as the room was smaller and everything felt cramped

La ubicación es el punto fuerte. Cerca de la catedral, la parada principal del 28, el elevador, la plaza de comercio... Puedes ir a pie perfectamente. Barrio antiguo para disfrutar de la ciudad, con multitud de locales donde comer/beber. A pesar de la gente que hay en la zona, es muy tranquila.

Al reservar te indican que el día anterior te darán las indicaciones para la llave y el acceso. De camino (ya había pasado la hora para poder hacer el check-in) y tras contactar con el anfitrión, tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con Booking porque no teníamos los datos para acceder al estudio. El wifi no funcionaba, se lo comentamos al propietario y no hubo ninguna solución. El baño es extremadamente pequeño.

Δεν λειτουργούσε το wifi λόγω σφάλματος της εταιρείας αλλά την περίοδο που το χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπιράλ στο ντους χαλασμένο. Δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα καθαρισμού του μπάνιου από τα νερά.

The only positive thing was the location and that it was quiet at night.

- The whole apartment smells stuffy. - We tried to turn on the air conditioning to get rid of the musty air, but it was broken, see photo. - A 5 centimeter long cockroach was on the bathroom floor. (No photo, my husband throw it in the toilet). - The bathroom commode has torn handles that are a big bacterial risk so we didn't even want to touch them, see attached photo. - The landlord doesn't seem to have a sense of cleanliness considering how dirty the electrical socket is, see photo, so we didn't want to use the socket either. - We had expected a simple standard since this is a simple accommodation in the Old Town, but there is a difference between simple and shabby. - Our damp clothes didn't dry even though the bathroom fan was on for 14 hours. - In addition, this also happened: We received a message from the landlord: "I would ask you to kindly leave tourist taxes on the table before your departure". Since Booking.com is the largest international hotel site and they always include the tourist tax in the price in Lisbon, the landlord should be well aware of it as it has been like this for at least a year, probably several years. As I see it, the landlord is trying to get blue-eyed tourists to pay the tourist tax twice and cash without a receipt is money straight into the landlord's pocket. We have reported this to Booking.com.
