Good location, safe neighbourhood. Clean. Communication with the host was easy and check in was straightforward.

The toilet on the upper floor was not working well, but it seems it was fixed while we were not here during the day. No washing machine. The blinds in the master bedroom did not shut completely and the light in the morning woke up us earlier than we wanted.

Great location, a subway station 1 min walk, many small shops, cafes, restaurants, and even a small market. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, with great design and attention to detail. There's everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The check-in was stressful as the hosts required a form to fill in with ALL personal details of all guests and even photos of their ID. I was on the road for a while, missed their email, and obviously didn't have my family's IDs... Considering there's no one at the property, if you don't fill in the form on time, you won't receive the check-in instructions and won't be able to get in. One little thing: the sofa bed in the living room needs to be replaced (dirty and broken).

Never received the code to enter property until the day after arrival, even though I emailed them several times. At the door couldn’t get in, had to seek help from a neighbour. Also didn’t like the location, was too far away from the centre of town.

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Great beds, bedding and facilities. Close to a metro and felt safe to walk around.

Not many restaurants in the local area, but this really isn't a problem as the metro is so close and 2 stops you are back in the city centre.

We liked absolutely everything, from the checkin process, through easy communication, to end of our stay. The flat is beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is perfect. We had a fantastic time in Porto and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Not far from Marques Metro that takes you to Porto centre. Kitchen amenities are modern.

Strange mezzanine bedrooms, which are very small. The temperature distribution isn't great. We went in January so it was cold; put the heating on, but it gets really hot upstairs and stays freezing downstairs. The pillows are uncomfortable and the beds are small. The rain is very loud in the bedrooms, as if the roof is made of tin and you can hear the road. Was generally clean but found hairs in the bed and in various places. The upstairs bathroom has a funny smell. Overall would have preferred to stay somewhere else.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable apartment with 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. For a longer stay, a washing machine would be nice. Easy self-check-in with digital keys. Perfect location, close to a metro station (200 m) and near supermarkets and other shops.
