"Excellent comfortable apartment with sun trap balcony 20 minutes walk to beach."

Corner balcony so sun all day. Apartment was very well equipped & bed really comfortable. Ideal location for me as Aldi across the road & 5 minute walk to bars & restaurants ( new town) about 50 minute walk to Old Town. Cleaner lives in same block & host always responsive.

Would have been helpful to have some instructions for the cooker, TV & washing machine. Although this available on Google.

The location was perfect and we really liked our balcony.

Our balcony view was the Aldi, so we looked directly to a supermarket when we were having breakfast. But it was not a really big issue, because it was nice that the supermarket was very close to us.
