Cliff-Top Townhouse with Stunning Ocean Views

The location of the property was very convenient to the town of Carvoreio and it overlooked the cliffs and beach. Unit B of the townhouse complex was clean and well laid out.

This is a townhouse complex, so it is very dependant on the townhouse you get assigned when you book. The townhouse we were assigned was Townhouse B, is one of three units where the patio and entrance is at lower level so your patio view is into a wall. Other townhouse entrances and patios are up higher at the pool level and some even have rooftop patios. So your view is dependant on which unit you get assigned. This is not disclosed when you book. The pictures show all the best features. The other disappointing thing was our arrival package was done on the cheap. Only two coffee pods, the cheapest rolls of toilette paper and no paper towel etc. Also, the pool was not yet open and it was not well maintained. There were many pool tiles missing all over the pool which could cut your feet. Over all a disappointing experience, very different then our other four places we stayed as we travelled around Portugal.

The booking indicated 2 bathrooms, but there was only 1. This wasn't ideal, but manageable.

The only downside to our stay was the description of the property having 2 bathrooms. To us, a bathroom has a shower. One bathroom had a shower in the property but the other bathroom was only a toilet-possibly awkward if not close friends. Otherwise everything else was absolutely brilliant-many thanks!

Lovely host, very friendly, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was fantastic and had everything you require for a holiday. Amazing location with direct sea views. Will definitely book again!

The bathroom shower was slow to drain away but that is an extremely minor observation against an overall fantastic property and was noted by the host who was looking into it.

Superb apartment in a great location. Easy access to the town, if you don't mind hills or have a car. Fantastic access to the beach, a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. Plenty of walks with great views. The apartment has everything you could want whilst on holiday. Communication from Gianny was very much appreciated as was the safe and secure parking space. My father really enjoyed his break in the sun, thanks to a great apartment in a fabulous location 😀

Great holidays house with access to a very nice swimming pool, wonderful view at the ocean. Located on the cliff just a few minutes walk away from the city center. The house is spacious, clean and you can eat your meals outside. The property manager was helpful and friendly. Great place for the value.

Loved the location. Not too far from the center but just far enough to walk off the evening meal. Super close to the beach.

Possibly not great for toddlers. Access to the pool is unguarded.
