Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, l'accueil et la disponibilité de Rita qui parle trés bien français. Un très bon petit déjeuner. L'appartement est propre. Nous avons également apprécié y laisser nos bagages pour profiter de notre dernière journée. Merci Rita et Miguel

L’ escalier un peu pentu Il faut le savoir pour les gens qui ont des difficultés à monter les marches surtout avec une valise Insonorisation moyenne ,nous entendons les gens qui marchent à l’ appartement du dessus

"Bien localizado pero justo"

La localización es buena y cerca a todo lo importante. El personal encantador. Y el Moscatel que dejan de cortesía, lindo detalle. Muy dotado de cosas (hasta paraguas ).

1. Es un edificio viejo 100 años y no se puede hacer más de lo que permite. 2. Muy justo de tamaño para 2 personas . 3. El suelo inclinado y crujes tú y tu vecino de arriba (ruidoso). 4 Las escaleras de acceso a la unidad son sumamente empinadas y estrechas. 5 La cocina demasiado pequeña e incómoda. 6. Que no me ofrecieron como mejor opción de parking (aunque fuera más caro que los otros Telpark) el que evita cuestas. Las personas mayores lo agradecerían.

Tolle Gastgeber! Tolle Lage! Miguel war sensationell und hat uns detaillierte, spannende Informationen persönlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe gegeben. Er hatte super Tipps, die wir teils nutzen konnten, vielen Dank!!! Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und süß. Gute Ausstattung mit vorhandenem Kaffee, Wasser und leckerem Wein. Die Betten (2x Einzel) sind schmal aber gemütlich. Die Gegend bietet viele kulinarische Angebote.

Man sollte wissen, dass das Appartement an einer kleinen Kopfsteinstraße zur Ampel mündet und recht oft gehupt wird, wenn nicht sofort bei grün los gefahren wird. Ohrstöpsel helfen.
