It’s hard to manage heavyweight luggage without a lift (using stairs). I have already sent my complaints before.

Very nice appartement in a good location of Lisbon. There are small restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. The metro is around 10 minutes walk, which is OK, as long as you do not have luggage to carry. The appartement is well equipped and as long as you keep the windows closed quiet. I can recommend it also for families, because of its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, which offer sufficient privacy.

I cannot think about anything to complain.

Nice spacious apartment, we liked the bedrooms and the place was clean. The location was also very good and quiet. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. Also there is excellent access to public transport, which made getting around the city easy.

We would have appreciated if the host provided a more detailed walkthrough of the property when we arrived. We discovered later that there was a washing machine and iron in the locked room on the balcony. This would have been helpful to know upon arrival. Also, the property has an "Induction" stove, but the frying pans provided weren't compatible with it. However, there were pots which could be used with the stove. Additionally, for our 11 night stay, only one set of bedsheets was provided. When we emailed the host she advised that we wash them ourselves. Also, the shower hose for the large bath was leaking when we arrived, so the water pressure was a bit low.

Spacious apartment, tastefully decorated , full of amenities including newer kitchen with necessities, WiFi, great shower, bonus air conditioning & 2 bathrooms!

Ample supply of paper product i.e.toilet paper,paper towels . We had to purchase more toilet paper because there was very little provided Additional bed pillows would gave made sleeping more comfortable AC in double bed room produced bad smell, couldn't use that one but others in the apartment were fine

The property is nice and clean, staff is very helpful. Easy to check in. We have a nice stay in this apartment.
