Paragem dos Pacatos - Odeceixe

It’s a beautiful house with a lot of space and very well equipped. The fireplace makes it cosy, the kitchen has everything you need for real cooking and we were welcomed very warmly. It has everything to make a home for a couple days.

It was large, clean, beautiful, with two terraces and everything we needed in the kitchen. It was in a small and cute town with plenty of parking spaces near. It even has boardgames, but they are mainly in portuguese, as expected.

I've thought about this and I have found nothing to dislike.

The apartment was even better than we expected, and Andre was an amazing host. Two bedrooms on the main floor plus the charming upstairs attic space gave us lots of room for together time and alone time. Loved the sunny patios on both levels. The place was spotless, and Andre had clearly put thought into all the little touches, including nice linens, comfy beds and toys and games my kids liked. The location was great, right on the edge of town, so like a 2 minute walk to many restaurants but not right above them. We worried the main road would be noisy but the place was so quiet and restful. Odeceixe was our favorite stop on this trip and Andre's place was a big part of that. Don't miss the wonderful little Cafe and gelateria just a few doors down!

There was a little neighbor noise, but it was really not a big deal. The apartment shares a wall with the next unit over, and the head of the bed is on that wall. It seemed like that family was up starting their day around 8 am each day. Light sleepers would notice, but it was only for a short time each day and not too super early. We would definitely stay at Vita Portucale again!

The Apartment was really comfortable. Equipped with all needed (kitchen, living room, bedrooms) Even a fire place for the rare cold days in Portugal. There was an Apartment inside the apartment on top floor with full equipment and bathroom (no kitchen). Can be used if groups travel with a family with kids or a couple who want to stay a bit separated during any time. It is cozy with some art decors. The host was really friendly and helpful. Gave info for surf spots and condition, helped to get boards and equipment if needed, helped to get hired cars in Lisbon if needed, showed up personally to verify we're fine and don't need anything or for helping with anything.

We had a wonderful stay. We got a warm welcome and the host was keen to know if everything was fine with our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, quite new and just a minute walk to the town center. We can recommend it to especially to families.

The only thing is that the apartment does not look nice from the front. But inside it‘s a gem and you will anyway just look at the house when going in/out. From the terrace you won‘t see that.

The house was super clean, very well located in the centre of the village, with all the comforts needed. Very well equipped kitchen, perfect for a family with kids. Space and comfort for everyone!

We particularly liked the location in the centre of Odeceixe and being near good restaurants, equipment provided, comfortable bed, large terrace area and welcome from owners. We stayed in late January but we were able to keep warm with use of electric heaters provided. Easy car parking immediately outside.

Steep staircase from front door and a bit of a rush to beat the timer on the light!

The host was very helpful and always making sure we had a great time. Very clean, comfortable, cozy and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Market place for groceries just on the other side of the street. Great for families The town’s center is just around the corner

During summer time is extremely challenging to find a parking place at Odeceixe. Although we had a very nice experience, taking in consideration similar offers I would expect the price to be lower
