Worst accommodation we have ever stated in & Pedro is a gangster, ye should be ashamed to have this accommodation on your listing. First time ever in my life leaving a review, never had need to before. I will book with anybody else I can find other than bookings.com after this if possible.

Great location close to the beach. Easy walking distance to the village shops and restaurants etc On 9th floor so has a brilliant sea/beach view

Air conditioning would have been useful for comfort at night to avoid sleeping with the balcony doors open.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is great and very well furnished. It is located at a sweet spot front-side Alvor beach. From the balcony you have a fantastic view. There is everything you need. We had a great stay. You can do the check-in by yourself. The owner, Pedro, is a very friendly and helpful person. The quality - price ratio is excellent. Super recommended.
