Apartamento Stª Eulália Deluxe by Umbral

The apartment's location was excellent. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, anything you need really.

They didn't have a pillo for the extra bed (pull out couch) which made it quite uncomfortable and we had to wait over an hour to get the keys upon arrival.

The location was fine, the building is residential, old and showing it's age and the apartment was very basic.

The general condition of the apartment was below standard. The bed was uncomforable, the toilet facilities were basic, although the sink unit blocked half of the toilet and the toilet seat was loose. There was also a lot of noise from crying babies and traffic.

Bed was uncomfortable, shower was broken, the oven and cooker did not work, there was no air conditioning for a long stay the bins were not taken and only one small bin

Lack of self check-in. It would definitely improve all experience using Umbral services.

The woman sent us to the wrong hotel left us sitting out in the sun for 3 hours waiting on a key and we weren't even at the right place then wouldn't answer the phone then not happy

no toaster and a large mirror other than bathroom cabinet would be nice.
