It had a elevator! Even for 1 flight of stairs, this matters when you have lagguage. The host were nice, easy to follow instructions for self-check in. Spacious place and awesome bed !

The food delivery person was friendly and positive.

There was a loud noise in the corridor coming from some sort of alarm sensor. It was clearly faulty and was emitting an unbearably annoying beeping sound. It was extremely difficult to sleep for three nights. The problem was resolved after two phone calls and several messages. That’s why the rating is low. Everything else was quite good. And one more thing: the top-floor apartments are attics, so despite the advertised room size of over 30 m², the actual usable space is very limited.
