The host was so helpful, friendly and always available. The bed was very comfortable. The location was so convenient and an excellent starting position to explore Lisboa. We felt safe at night and the street noise was pretty much over by 10 or 11 pm.

There was no breakfast. The location is excellent! The apartment itself is lovely.

The check in process is ridiculous; no buffer time and they do not tell guests, be sure to include at least 2 hours to find the property and park (if you have a car). They were not very accommodating with arrival times, we were 1/2 an hour late and I just dropped my husband off while I tried to find parking. We were on vacation, we expected to be able to sleep in. This did not happen, as there was common wall construction going on next to our bedroom (master). It was horrible. It started anywhere from 7:15-4:45. We asked about receiving a discount as we paid for and were entitled to quiet enjoyment. None whatsoever. I feel guests should know upfront about the common wall construction. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. They did send someone to reclean as they say the next day. This apartment, maybe the entire building is run by a property management company. We had no soap in one of the bathrooms, I asked to have the soap dispenser refilled and was sent this generic response with - we would like to inform you that we leave the apartment prepared for the first days of all guests with liquid soap etc, etc. No resolution until housekeeping came after 5 days. We stayed for 11 days.

The main bed was a bit soft but then that may just be because we came in on long flights with masses of luggage.

Large and bright. Great location.

Very noisy at night and construction in the building in the mornings. The hosts seemed nice although we never met but when we didn’t have enough toilet paper and asked for more I was told we had used our allotment and that we had to buy our own. I’ve never been told to buy our own toilet paper anywhere when travelling. We felt it was very shortsighted on their part. We paid a fair price and a “yes of course” to more toilet paper would have left a much better impression. Both shower doors were broken,

Winter time and the heater is not working, we are so cold at night

Amazing location. Great apartment, clean and spacious. Host is very communicative and helpful, made out stay easy and pleasant.
