FM Central Vila Apartment

António had already given very clear instructions about how to check in and park the car which made our arrival easy. We arrived to a lovely clean and tidy apartment and found a welcome bottle of wine and crackers awaiting us, which was a lovely touch. It has a well equiped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge opening to a great deck area on the entry level. Upstairs is the master bedroom another lounge and main bedroom. There were only two of us but we can imagine it would also be great for a family of four. The deck offers a small water view but also a great view across the town. The beach is only a minutes walk away. So it is a great location for the vibrancy of the town and also the beach. António also came to see us on day two to make sure all was going OK. He is a very welcoming host.

Some of the bars/restaurants do sometime play loud music (it varies day by day and even hour by hour) in the evenings. It did get on our nerves from time to time when we wanted a quiet drink on the deck. Mostly it added to the vibrancy of the location, but occasionally we felt a little dominated by it. Nonetheless it would not stop us booking another stay at this otherwise perfect accomodation/location.

The location is fantastic, right off of the main beach behind the tourist bureau. Fantastic space with plenty of room, beautiful balcony to sit of an evening which was nicely shaded through the hotter part of the afternoon, has good windows to keep out any noise and light for sleeping.

Great location with garage, very clean, had all the facilities we needed, very spacious, lovely balcony.

Nothing to dislike, bed was too firm for us but that’s just a personal preference.

The property’s has an excellent location, it was clean and very well equipped especially in the kitchen

The single mattresses in the down stairs bedroom were uncomfortable

The property is one minute walk to the beach. Host is very helpful. This place includes a Large apartment, full kitchen, washing machine, separate bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs), two full bathrooms and air conditioning.

The appartment was perfect for us. Spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. The welcome bottle of wine & snacks really were a nice touch! Out host António was great, we never met but the communication was efficient and prompt.

Be aware that live music is the surrounding bars can be very loud on weekends but they usually stop around 11pm.
