Downtown Dreams

Location was very central and close to transport hubs. Although in a cafe area the soundproofing was great and once the blackout shutters were down we didn’t hear a thing. Communications from Pedro was comprehensive and use of the key safe made check in and out very easy. The appartment is compact but it has all modern facilities and an additional comfortable sofa bed. When I come back to Faro I will try to stay here again.

Difficult to find a dislike. Maybe the shower as it is not high pressure but it is hot and wet.

The location was excellent. It is easy walking distance to everything in the city. The property itself could use some work. Bathroom toilet was unsteady.. not secured tightly to the floor . Shower doors needed fixing,seemed to be missing some screws to secure doors.Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. We needed to use plunger often.In the kitchen area, there was black mold around the windows facing the street. Also black mold on the bedroom door jam.The mold situation definitely should be contended with as it can cause health issues and there were ants in the kitchen area that caused us to keep all food items in the refrigerator. The exterior doors in the kitchen area couldn’t be properly locked. Security issue for sure even with it being a 3rd floor location. The apartment has a great layout but needs some repairs done to it. The soundproofing in the bedroom area definitely worktop block out noise from the local businesses at night.

Very clean, modern, downtown location with full facilities. Washing machine, elevator. Nice owner.

No parking. Maybe tell on instructions where to park. Difficult to find place because it’s not marked on building. It’s on a pedestrian street. There’s a dream hostel it kept sending us to.

I liked everthing Pedro is really nice, locations, facilities all perfect. I would recommend

The property’s location was great, it was clean, comfortable and looked like the pictures. In addition, Pedro was the best host, he was always willing to help us.

Everything!! So thoughtful and organized. Amazing host. We felt at home with the kids. Make sure you message them or call their number before reaching so that they give you the unit number on the street. You stand at the number someone will greet you and take you to the unit

Very convenient location. Has a nice view of Faro. It’s nice that it is an apartment with kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Responsive to message/call

The address in booking.com was not clear. We had difficulty finding the place
