Lovely apartment, everything you would ever need for a short stay, nice tips like shower gel, shampoo, bottled water and nice soft furnishings/towels etc. The views from the terrace unreal and the sunbeds a real advantage

Pool area tried hard but was tired, barman excellent, needed some music and a few more parasols to “make it work”

Excellent value. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Good location, just a short walk from the old town. Mini market just below apartment. We had a short stay but it would have worked well for longer ones also.

The only slight problem was that the beds were not very comfortable.

I think the shutters on the patio door make the room feel very dark, complimentary water on would also be a good touch for those arriving later in the evening.

The location of the facility is not very great. I felt like a lot of the buildings around the area were abandoned and empty although the neighborhood was very quiet. I wasn’t particularly feeling quite safe as a solo traveler. I also want to follow up that the parking at the facility was horrible. I had to return back to the apartment complex by 7 PM in order to get a parking spot close to the building and not have to park on the street one night. I had to park across the street and what looked like in abandoned business.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sol Brilhante! The host was so welcoming and was there if we needed anything! Perfect studio apartment which was immaculately clean. The location is extremely quiet which was great and within walking distance of Albufeira Old Town! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellently located 20 minutes walk from Albufeira Old Town, the apartament boasts a lovely terrace with a superb view of the sea and the town, also allowing for beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and a morning coffee enjoying the view. The apartment is spacious, with a nice living area and a spacious bathroom. Our host was superb: friendly, communicative and responsive, and doing her utmost to accomodate our requests, even leaving a welcome bottle of wine for us. The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you could need away from home - and more - with all kitchen utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, cleaning products and equipment, a hairdryer, etc., plus having an Italian cafetiere is a truly welcome bonus! It's a small thing, but having the very basics such as tea, salt and pepper makes a huge difference when you're not staying long enough to justify buying that stuff yourself. The place was absolutely spotless; you can see how much care the owner takes in making sure everything is extremely clean and presentable. Understandably, the room takes a little while to heat up in winter. The beds and pillows were comfortable, if a little cold. Perhaps a couple of spare blankets for guests during the winter months would be a good idea, but we were ok wearing a jumper on in bed. There was good wifi and phone reception.

The location was great short walk to old town taxie service very good and great rates nuno across the road excellent breakfast would look at availability for next year with no problems the lift service was all so great for my husband
