"Good to stay some days, amazing location"

Amazing location, good apartment, good WiFi.

Conditioner did not work. You can't open windows wide due to it's the first floor and there is a small cafe directly in front of the apartment, so there is always evening noise from it's clients. And due to the same you need to keep windows curtained.
