Fabulous location ! Staff very friendly and helpful

Dishwasher not working and not told . Very limited kitchenware and not well stocked with bin bags, washing up liquid etc

"Wonderful modern, central apartment"

Wonderful 2 floor attic apartment with double aspect. Lovely modern kitchen/diner. Friendly staff on check in. In old town so easy walking access to sights. We loved the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, and there was a large smart TV in lounge and bedroom. Great bathroom with large walk in shower.

Small details really. Although mostly the kitchen was well equipped, there was minimal counter space for food prep, though the dining table could be used. We needed to ask reception for mugs, and a cloth for dishes/wiping surfaces, and a bread knife, would have been useful.

Fabulous location midway between Sao Bento Station and the waterfront, on a sloping street not overly steep. Good access to a bakery and the TimeOut market for dinner. Communication was great and we were given a code to use when arriving after hours. Good to have a staffed reception desk with very friendly staff which made up for the somewhat sloppy preparation of our unit. (Fridge was not turned on & freezer draws froze shut when we turned it back on; forms we needed to fill in were not provided; no coffee for machine). However staff were very helpful, addressing all our requirements & calling a taxi for us on departure. Highly recommend.

Could have had a few more plates, cutlery etc as there was only about 4 of each. Quite small and the bathroom had the shower & toilet in together which can be difficult with 3 guests.

Perfectly located between major tourist areas. Soundproofing was amazing.

Kitchen was well equipped (coffee machine etc) but didn’t have any mugs (only 2 tiny expresso cups).
