La proximité du centre ville , le calme, la taille du logement,les deux sanitaires

La semaine a été très froide et nous n'avons pas pu réchauffer l'appartement pour avoir une température confortable . Il y avait beaucoup de chauffages d'appoint, mais nous n'avons pas pu tous les connecter sinon le compteur se coupait .
