Good Location, sound proof, modern flat. Several little narkets nearby.

Getting to swimming pool via street access is inconvenient.

The accommodation was very nice and really clean

The pool rules are a bit tough on the kids

Marta greeted us on arrival, showed how everything worked and gave us some great recommendations of things to do while we were in Lisbon. The apartment was well appointed, had great air con and plenty of space. We really enjoyed the swimming pool - the weather was quite warm and it was such a great way of cooling off after a day of explorations. The property is up a big hill so I recommend a cab from the airport (which are inexpensive, frequent and many drivers speak a good amount of English)

Beautiful, spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Great views from both the front and back windows, nice balcony. The apartment is very well insulated and you cannot hear any street or neighbor's noise. Good location, very close to Martin Moriz Square (if you don't mind walking up and down a short hill with a few flights of steps). There are a bunch of tiny convenience stores in the immediate vicinity and a nice big supermarket, as well as access to the metro and the tram on Martin Moriz Square. The property manager Cristóvão was very helpful, he met us at the apartment and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and a map with useful info. He was very responsive whenever we had a question. We loved this place and would highly recommend!

Spread your water use.The water heater does not produce enough hot water for 4 people to take a shower within a short time of each other.

The location was good but not for people who would struggle to walk The apartment was clean with all the facilities

The pool was not inviting at all
