The location is perfect; it's near everything and offers perks like discounts on some services in Aveiro, such as boat tours and the Porta 35 restaurant. The room is pretty cheap considering the amazing location, and it was quite comfortable. The staff were incredible, very kind and they allowed us to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. The kitchen already had salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, some utensils, and internet (I didn't use it, so I can't say if it's good or not).

The kitchen utensils were a bit smudged, so I had to clean them just to be sure, and the olive oil and vinegar bottles were sticky. The room felt like it was going to break in some parts, like the toilet and the shower door, but nothing major or to worry about, it was just kinda loud. Speaking of loud, the main door was very loud. Every time you opened the door, it touched the ground, making a screaming noise. The stairs to the room were also loud to walk on and kinda sideways, and the entrance door to the room was kinda difficult to close. On our last day, the pipes in the bathroom started to stink a little, not horrendous, just strange. That said, I would come back here; it was great either way.

Hot water does not hold for 2 baths in a row. We had to wait a couple hours before the second person could have hot water. ⁸

The location is perfect, calm street but immediately near every hotspot in the city. Apartment is nicer than in the pictures. Perfect for a short stay and for the price it’s good! Would book again.

Cleanliness was okay, but for the price I won’t complain. However, we were given only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 nights, for 2 people and 1 trashbag?! We bought our own then. Kitchen also has no cooking utensils, knives or cutting boards, so if you really want to cook that’s a bit annoying. Communication for check in and out was confusing as there was no information given and the owner wasn’t reachable for a while.
