Ola Lisbon - Rato I

There were 3 separate sleeping places: the sofa bed, the queen bed and a twin. There is a small grocery store nearby that is walkable.

The worst part is the upstairs unit bathroom has a pipe that sticks out in the ceiling of the queen bedroom - so you hear every flush and smell the toilet from upstairs. It didn't look clean and was not a pleasant stay. There was hair over the bed and throughout the bathroom and the couches and floors had crumbs on them. There was a pill found on the ground. I took pictures and sent to the host who said they would send a cleaner. All they did was make the bed but didn't change the sheets with the hairs that I found. It icked me out the entire stay. I wished I had paid more to get a nicer place during our trip.

the balcony door didn't work. some kitchen items were missing: napkins, kitchen paper, dish detergent, etc.
