Cisterna Loft

The outlook from the property is stunning! The host was very helpful. Although the incorrect Google map had made parking challenging, the host has come in no time and resolved the problem.

It was very great location. 5min walk downhill to the main street where you have all the cafes and shops. 5mins walk up you get to Lamego Castle. The view at night is amazing and great photo opertunities. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a box of freshly picked plums. It had air con which was needed for the summer heat. There is parking near by, but paid. But check the times as it is free from 1900-0900hrs. Double check. There is a lovely bar nearby which is 2min walk upwards and you can enjoy a nice rustic meal with chilled music and great ambiance. Fresh towels were present and clean sheets. The very famous stairs of NOSSA senhora dos remedios. 600+ steps but an amazing views of the city. There is also swimming pools 16min walk away so on a hot summer day, it's appropriate to visit and take a dip.

Couldn't really fault the stay as we were there for 2 nights, but it would be better to clarify the payment method. They have MB Way which is a mobile paying system. We paid in cash and would be ideal prior to arriving if we could be told which method would be accepted. I went to withdraw cash which I paid Joao later on.
