Location is perfect

No elevator

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The location was very good with the metro and various buses right outside. The centre was also very close with just a 7 min walk.

The complex within which the apartment was located didnt feel the safest as the doors to other apartments looked abit old and worn down. Another accommodation was also right outside our door and you could hear everything from the next room which was slightly uncomfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the wifi, it wasnt working at all and we had to use data throughout our trip so do keep that in mind.

It's location and the lower price compared to other offerings.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't clean up the room for 6!! Days. Unbelievable. When I told them so they offered to do it with an extra charge. Also the room didn't left the impression of clearness with many insects left killed in walls. The lack of elevator but it's something we knew beforehand.

The location of the accommodation and the view from the room are great. Maybe it couldn't be better. All kinds of public transport and attractions are easily accessible. The insulation of the windows is very good, practically no noise can be heard from the busy area. When booking, I saw that the room had to be taken over by 9 p.m. at the latest, but in fact you can get in at any time with the codes. Free luggage storage was provided for us at the nearby central office.

The room is located on the fifth floor without an elevator. We didn't have a problem, but this needs to be clearly described, because not everyone can get up here.

The location is amazing: at the very Heart of Lisbon. The tram to Belem Tower and Mosteiro dos Jeronimos is just below. The bus to the Castel of St George is also below. You have easily access to the elevator of Sta Justa street, the Placa Commercio (10min by walk). The view from the appartment is really awesome. The appartment is clean and cosy. A bit small for tall people, but suitable for me. The staff always respond quickly, very available and kind.

The appartment is on the 5th floor without elevator. So prepare to climb up the 104 steps of the stairs. The wall are very thin, so you can hear the neighbours, esoecially if they are not very respectful of the other's tranquility.

The apartment is in a very good location overlooking the square. It was very clean.

You have to be quite fit to stay in this apartment as it is on the 5th floor.
