La ubicación, muy céntrico, el apartamento reformado recientemente y esta previsto la instalación del aire acondicionado en breve.

La zonas comunes del edificio mal cuidadas, no tiene ascensor, calle ruidosa. No tenía aire acondicionado y teníamos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y se oía bastante ruido pero está previsto que van a poner aire acondicionado ya. El aparcamiento de la zona es de hora, como máximo 2 horas sacando tiket. Aunque hay parking público 50 euros por 3 días.

Estaba bien limpio y la ubicación

Que no haya ascensor y que solo nos dieran un juego de llaves. Falta también un mantel para la mesa de l comedor y el cajetín de las llaves se abre con dificultad se engancha

The place was modern, clean, and exactly as described. The washing machine was a real bonus! The kitchen is well-equipped. It is located a few minutes' walk from the beginning of Porto's downtown area.

It's quite noisy in the bedrooms overnight as they face the street. I'd strongly recommend ear plugs. We also had a string of very warm weather and the apartment struggled to stay cool as no fans were available at the time.

The location is fantastic

The apartment had all that we wished for, and then more! Everything appeared new, clean and modern, with good quality materials. The decoration was lovely, simple but with very good taste, just like the pictures show. Kitchen was perfectly equiped, with a refrigerator + freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, stove, oven and all the utensils for daily cooking. Complete dishware sets and cuttlery, as well as different types of glasses. Bathroom also well equipped including a spacious shower cabin with good water pressure and temperature, and no splashing. Many hanging hooks for towels etc. A modern washing machine was available, to our surprise! Two separate bedrooms, with very confortable beds and lots of storage space in the closets, it felt just like home. Different choices of pillows and blankets available. All windows had shutters. Yes, there's no elevator but we knew this and it was not a problem. This apartment is best for people who are fit enough to climb stairs. We felt completely comfortable in this apartment, we certainly recommend it.

The centre of Porto can be noisy, we already knew this and would recommended ear-plugs for light sleepers like me.

Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Communication was pretty quick. Pictures were accurate. Location was convenient with lots of places to get coffee and pastries close by.

Limited hot water. We were 3 and all wanted to shower and the last one didn't have a lot of hot water.also although we knew in advance that we had to make a stop at a different location to pick up keys, there was a lock box at the unit so it seemed like we could have just used that.
