Location, cleanliness. Nicely refurbished spacious shower room.

Lack of clarity on what I was getting on booking the apartment. Only got access to one room and lack of working desk and chair initially. Poor communication resolving discrepancy with booking.com

Cozy and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. We had a very pleasant stay. Foot steps away from train station, supermarkets and restaurants.

Very comfortable for a couple, lots of space. Nicely decorated with some very original paintings. Right next to the station, frequent train service right into Rossio. Lots of supermarkets close by. Better for visiting central Lisbon than many accommodation possibilities closer to the centre - the train to Rossio takes just 15 minutes. The hostess Ana was always on-line to answer our questions very quickly.

Our only concern was that the shower floor is extremely slippery. We put the foot towel into the shower, that worked well. Ana, a simple shower mat would be a good improvement and be safer!

The apartment is very spacious and modern. We have traveled a lot, but this is the best apartment we've been to. And it's fully equipped with everything. The location is 1 minute from the public transport station, where yiu can catch a direct train to the centar, to Belem and to Park des nachos. The host was very helpful and prompt. I recommend this to anyone who goes to Lisbon
