Patio São Vicente

Beautiful property and a great way to experience living near the locals. We were greeted by their neighbor Olinda who has the keys, was super friendly lovely lady. Owner is also very friendly and very responsive. The property is very clean, cute and very spacious with a separate living room as well as a nice little nook to sit and relax/read. Two bathrooms really helped. Bedrooms are upstairs. The front patio (as seen on main pics) is common and there's another small personal patio behind the living room, the walls of which are from the 13th century! The living room also has sleeping arrangements so essentially 6 people can comfortably accommodate. Location is also very good, about 15 min walk down to Rua Augusta,Praca commercia etc. But very close to Alfama and to couple of lovely Miraduoros. All in all we loved staying here.

As such nothing that we didn't like. We didn't want to cook but we couldn't find pots and pans. I'm sure they were there somewhere or if we had asked the owner, he would've shown us, since the kitchen was otherwise fully equipped with stove and even some cooking basics like oil etc. Just something people may want to plan for /ask ahead of time if intend to cook. Also, the bedroom upstairs didn't have a door Incase anyone is looking for privacy.

Property is super cute and clean. Location is excellent.

Central location, thoughtfully designed, and spotlessly clean!

Olinda's warm welcome set the tone. Accommodations were superior, well appointed, comfortable, and spotless clean.

We weren't able to stay longer.

It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Close to town but not amongst the really touristy area, quiet. Close to great cafe and mini market. Close to tram line. Super lovely and friendly neighbour who helped settle us in. The owner was very nice too. Great communication.

Nothing, just perfect

The location is a hidden quiet place where is very close to tram station, old town, to enjoy Lisbon from a different angle. The house is cosy and well designed interior, which is beyond the pictures.

The room was spacious and the host was very very friendly even though we arrived after midnight.

It was very cold. I wish the room had been warmed before our arrival. However, this is only a little thing.

Cute as a button little house, quiet location, all the facilities you could need and the staff were super helpful. Located right near a bus and tram stop.
