Location, close to Alfama, restaurants, little markets. The apartment was fully serviced, with tea, coffee, and everything set for cooking. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, nice shower.

Like everyone commented, it feels like a basement, no ventilation apart from the front door. For me it was bad, I had an allergy crisis. If you are sensitive, you should avoid it.

Location was OK, we felt safe and many restaurants around. AC, washing mashine, host - best in the apartment. Size is bigger then we expected.

Apartment definitely need to be properly cleaned, if you are using sofa for nightsleep - keep in mind, that ac pump is working during all night and is giving strange sound all the time.
