The house. was great, nice modern decoration, had everything we needed, it had AC which made it more confortable, host was nice as well. Location is also great. I totally recommend it.

The host requested a deposit of 300euros plus city tax. We didn't bother paying the deposit, but these costs and requirements should come on the description of the appartment. We were caught out of surprise, even though the owner was nice and honest in explaning that he would return it on checkout if everything was fine, which he did. The toilet lid of main bathroom is broken and should be fixed to avoid accidents.

The apartment is really nice and confortable, everything is clean and the host friendly. The only non-perfect thing is the location, but is not so far from the city center, and if you go to Porto by car or you are renting one, is not difficult to park near the apartment.

Really good apartment, everything we needed on location, many shops close by, location fine a hit from town but very easy to go to central.

We liked almost everything - it would be nice to have more kitchen supplies.

It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice, the neighbor was safe with a great bakery around the block, plus a good restaurant just doors away. All and all, it was very a very nice 3 bedroom apartment.

The only problem for us was the 60 stairs to the 3rd floor, no elevator, but it might not be bad for people who are younger. But it appears a lot of the apartments don’t have elevators.

The apartment was located in a lovely part of Porto. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries in the neighbourhood. We liked that the neighbourhood wasn't touristy. You can walk to the centre in 35 minutes or you can take a Bolt taxi which will take about 10 minutes. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The mattresses are very good.

The communication with the owner was a bit difficult. We got the door code 25 minutes after the agreed time and we were already waiting for hours with our luggage. We got only one towel per person for 4 days and no wash machine. There was also not enough toilet paper for 4 days. And no tablets for the dishwasher. The kitchen floor is a bit higher than the floor of the rest of the room. On the first evening I hurt my toe on this metal elevation, which hindered me for the remaining 3 days.

Very nice and clean apartment, everything new and comfortable
