De ligging is o.k. Het ontbijtmeisje is vriendelijk maar mist aansturing van iemand die de zaak in goede banen leidt en het totaaloverzicht heeft.

De huisjes ogen vrij nieuw maar toch doet het geheel slecht onderhouden en verwaarloosd aan. Alles is minimaal aanwezig. Om een aantal dingen moest worden gevraagd. Veel is stuk, parasol, ligbedden, waterkoker, gras is niet gemaaid, de vlonders zijn kromgetrokken, het zwembad vies. Bij het weinig gevarieerde ontbijt zijn dingen 'op'. Deze accomodatie (in deze prijsklasse) heeft nadrukkelijk controle nodig en adviezen op het gebied van gulle Portugese gastvrijheid.
