Очень приятная хозяйка, разрешила заехать даже раньше времени, очень радушная и приятная. Потрясающее расположение, в квартире есть все заявленное, чисто.

La ubicación, el estado del apartamento. Bien para estar poco tiempo

El apartamento es en el 3er piso con ascensor, pero el ascensor estaba descompuesto y hasta llegar arriba son 4 escaleras de 15 escalones c/u total 60 escalones. Nosotros gente de 68 y 70 años. Nos costó mucho e las escaleras. Si bien destaco que la comunicación por WhatsApp con quien nos alquiló fue buena, pero no pudo resolver el problema.

Edina res dobra stvar je lokacija.

Uro prihoda smo najavili po epošti več ko 24 ur prej. Na dan prihoda pošljemo dva sms sporočila, ob 13.56 in 14.41, o predvidenem času prihoda. Na nobeno od teh sporočil ni odgovora. Ob prihodu ob 19.30 se lastnik ne odziva na naše klice. Ko se končno odzove, izvemo, da stanovanje še ni vseljivo, kljub temu, da je objavljen čas vselitve 15.00, se lahko vselimo šele 21.40. Zavajajoče slike na portalu, ki so daleč od resničnega stanja. Napol zlomljena vrata v stanovanje zbujajo neprijeten občutek. V opremi ni kar obljubljajo: ni likalnika, toasterja, omare in pomanjkljivo posodje za kuhanje. Kuhinjska plošča ne deluje. Police v vratih hladilnika so brez ograjic in zato neuporabne. Tuš kabina je v zelo slabem stanju.
