Excellent location, exceptional spacious balcony. Lots of ammenities. There was a washing machine which wasn't even mentioned - very good! The hosts reacted proactively to our requests, brought us an extra duvet (brand new one too) when one was missing. Very good wine glasses.

Toaster was dirty and unusable. Kettle was hard to open.

Lovely little flat in a great location. 3-5 minutes away from Trindade station, and around 5-10 minutes from the town center. View from the balcony was great. Sofa-bed was easy to use. Well equipped with things like a hairdryer, an iron, and a coffee machine — coffee machine and complementary pods in particular were much appreciated. Definitely great value. We had a wonderful stay in Porto.

Many of the drains were partially blocked. After around five minutes, the shower would overflow and start to pour onto the bathroom floor. The only other thing was a lack of a second duvet for the sofa-bed, although bed sheets were provided.
