Great location in Melgaço town center, kind and attentive host. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, though it could use some updates in furnishings.

The location is great, really near the historical center in a relatively quiet street. The host is super friendly and was flexible with the check-out time, which we enjoyed a lot.

The building's sound isolation is not the best, and although you can hear the neighbors and the street sounds overall it is a quiet place.

The place is very spacious (it has three rooms with a double bed each), two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and several balconies (one with lovely castle views). I was delighted to find everything spotlessly clean, a lot of natural light, strong and fast wifi and an AC that heated my bedroom to a nice temperature in no time. Communication with the host was easy, quick and friendly. Melgaço is a lovely small town: you can walk to the bus station, museums, shops, cafés and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit!
