De locatie was fantastisch. Daar was voor ons ook alles mee gezegd.

De bedden waren keihard. Je hoorde alles van de kamers er omheen, inclusief privé taferelen van buren. De badkamer was beschimmeld en hier hing een hele vieze rioolgeur. We kregen maar 1 set handdoeken voor 5 dagen. Dit was ons nergens duidelijk gemaakt, anders hadden we er meer meegenomen. Er staat bij dat je een balkon krijgt bij het appartement. Dit is overigens een Frans balkon en dus niet een plek om zelf te zitten naast het gedeelde dakterras

Appartement propre, spacieux et bien équipé pour un petit séjour. Très bon emplacement en plein centre ville de Lisbonne, dans une rue calme. Je recommande !

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's just a few minutes' walk to the metro station and the main boulevard, and only a few steps from the lift that leads to the Sé Cathedral. ​The apartment has much space. There's a spacious built-in wardrobe, a large kitchen counter, and extra stools.

The photos are misleading - our unit was not featured in any of them. The staircase was dirty, smelled and was stained with bleach, setting a negative tone from the start. ​Upon entering the apartment, we were met with a strong smell of mildew and a general sense that the apartment was dirty, even moldy. The entire place felt run-down and uninviting. The condition was poor—the bed and sheets felt damp, and the bed itself was made of two low-quality sofas pushed together. The rug was so dirty that our feet were black after walking on it barefoot. The kitchenware was also disappointing; the cutlery, plates, and pots were covered in grease and food residue, and the cups were unwashed. We also found that basic supplies like salt and oil were missing. No oven, no dishwashee, despite there is plenty of space to place them. The fridge is a disaster! Ruined, with rust on in it! ​The bathroom was in a terrible state, especially the shower, which was full of mold. The shower also flooded with every use, creating a dangerous slipping hazard. The toilet flush didn't work fully, and the laminate on the cabinet under the sink was peeling off. ​On top of the poor condition, the apartment has paper-thin walls and unsealed windows, so we could hear absolutely everything. The front door slams shut with a loud bang that can be heard throughout the area, and we were woken up every morning at 7:30 AM by a loud, old scooter starting right under our window for four straight days...

The location of the apartment is great, in walking distance of pretty much everything we needed. Lovely view from the terrace.

The place is quite dirty, walls & floor in particular needs a good renovation and this place could be great. Walls are paper thin can hear every movement from the apartment above. Bathroom has a drainage issue which caused the place to smell like damp. Overall didn’t feel fresh & clean but sticky & dirty. Even the bed felt quite damp. Stairs are super thin so quite tricky to get a full size suitcase up the stairs. Didn’t feel comfortable staying here at all.

It is a scam the apartment doesn't exist You will not get a email after you pay and there is 0 way to contact anyone no reception You will literally loose the money and have to find a hotel last minute. We arrived and no way to get in or contact anyone and the booking.com site is still not allowing me to log in! I rented and prepaid for 2 flats for 3 nights. We were left with nowhere to stay I want a refund

It doesn't exist it is literary a scam! No way to contact anyone and booking.com has a AI phone number that doesn't work and hangs up on you no matter how many times you call or ask for a operator!
