Light Green Apartments - Downtown Lisbon

the location was really great for popping out and back close to metro, the castle, the cathedral, and fado bars. it was in a cul de sac which limited car noise. the studio apartment was wellequipped but not in full working order.

the building opposite is being renovated noisily, and the customers at the restaurant nearby talked outside very late at night. S ome practical repairs are needed , we alerted the host about these on day 1 but they did not come. we stayed 5 nights so the problem was left for the next customer. the roof terrace is tiny and not really nice to sit in except for a short cigarette break.

The location was great and the self checking was easy. The unit was well appointed for a short stay

The carpet was a tripping hazard and the bathroom door lock did not work.

Just the location

It was not clean, the shower was leaking water. There was not dishcloth in the kitchen, I requested one and it was never provided. I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed. Our apartment was located on the fourth floor, the staircase was extremely narrow and steep. There was dirty bedsheets and towel partially blocking the stairs which made it nearly impossible and extremely dangerous for us to get our suitcases up the stairs. I requested for the dirty laundry to be removed for two days and finally on our last day it was removed.

Excellent location, communication from staff was very good, well equipped kitchen and plenty of space.

The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between and there was black mould right above the shower, the water also didn’t drain very well and generally didn’t seem very clean in the bathroom. Was there for 1 week and was only left one towel each for the shower for the whole week. We contacted them for another towel and was told they’d already left us one on check in which was 5 days ago, they did drop us another towel off though. There was also a half drank bottle of water in the fridge when we checked in, making us think that it had not been cleaned before we arrived.

I don't recommend this place. The apartment had a very bad smell like sewage that actually burned my throat. It also felt very damp inside. The property didn't respond to any of our messages or calls either. We ended up staying somewhere else because the state of this place was disgusting. Do not book this place.

We messaged them about providing more towels because there were 3 of us staying there and only 2 sets of towels. They never responded to us.

In an amazing location next to lots of restaurants and shops, easy to access transport

Not cleaned very well, there were marks on the bedding and when asked for clean bedding, none were given. The shower had a damp smell that permeated the bathroom and floated into the living spaces and was also extremely leaky so the bathroom would flood after taking a shower.

The location is fantastic - it is very near to the subway station, there are cafes and restaurants on the street on which it is located. Despite this, the surrounding area is calm and not overly loud. Perfect location!

Unfortunately, there was an issue upon our arrival and our check-in time was moved later with no notice. Thankfully, we were still able to leave our luggage. Additionally, since it is an old building, the washroom smells of mold despite being clean. Lastly, it is very easy to hear the movement and walking of the upstairs neighbours.
