Cudowny apartament na spokojnym osiedlu Alvor. Cisza i spokój. Apartament jest duży, piękny, jasny, wspaniały widok na morze w oddali. W okolicy dużo zieleni. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Cudowny prysznic. Dużo miejsc do parkowania. Market Pingo Doce ok. 10 minut spacerem. Do centrum Alvor ok. 15 minut pieszo. Bardzo przyjemny spacer. Nad morze trochę dalej ok. 30 minut ale spacer jest cudowny. Alvor i okoliczne plaże coś przepięknego. Bardzo miła obsługa, łatwo trafić.

Trochę za miękkie materace.

Good location, lot's of space, free parking, wifi, all necessary kitchen facilities

All of the bed linen and towels were dirty - we had to wash it (thankfully there is a washing machine available) before using. All of the kitchen stuff - like forks, spoons, knives, plates, glasses, cups etc were dirty - we used dishwasher to clean them all before using. The available dishwasher pads were limited - just a few, not enough to use for the whole stay if you have to clean upon arrival. No soap, no shower gel or shampoo - nothing like that. The cleaning price was included upon booking this apartment, but it seems like it was not done as supposed before us and not sure about after - the host asked to put the trash out upon checkout by ourselves :) The city tax was included in the price and fully paid before the check in, but the host insisted couple times on paying it in cash. We had to prove and insist several times that it has been paid to avoid paying it again. It was a bit uncomfortable, but a nice trick I suppose for those who don't know if that has been included in the price :)

No sun on balcony anytime of day in Mid June All the remotes needed batteries No swimming pool despite reviews saying you could use one nearby - no outside space to relax in complex Complex tired and a lot of local resident's rather than holidaymakers Door a nightmare to open had to wrestle most of time to open as lock so stiff Complex confusing with name as we were told it was Rosamar but it’s actually part of the Club Brisamar complex which has seen better days I don’t know how the review score could be genuine as this apartment complex had nothing to offer at all apart from a couple of run down tennis courts outside - very disappointed- we had to spend most days out and about as nothing to do at apartment complex itself as no where to relax. Would not recommend and definitely not be returning
