Blue by the River 1 - elegant two-bedroom in Santos

For my needs the location was perfect, the neighbourhood - just what I like, a very good contact with the managment of the apartment.

I would like the place to be spotless.

Everything - from situation and equipment to cleanliness and modern design.

Very cold floor - maybe it would be better to put a few more carpets on the floor. Also didn’t find cutting board in the kitchen - would be nice to add.

The whole apartment was very clean, and there was hot water (contrary to some other reviews). The location is wonderful with a bunch of restaurants nearby. There is an elevator, although quite small, and accessing the building and apartment itself was very easy. We loved that there was a smart TV with Netflix logged in already. Overall, the furniture is very sleek and modern.

There is a washer but it's tiny, and there is no dryer. The second room with the twin beds is small - good for kids, but not for adults. That room's entryway was very narrow.

It was in great condition. The apartment was Morden retaining its Portuguese touch. The indoors were spacious and bright. While the exterior was beautiful with balconies.

There wasn’t any dish washing soap nor laundry detergent for the washing machine or the utensils provided. The amenities like soap were not sufficient enough for 4 days of stay.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Nicely appointed and great service from the staff.

no instruction/ provision for trash, recycle Water heater tripped quite often just for 1 shower. Had to come out of shower to reset water heater

The hot water didn’t work or would stop working after one shower.
