ATLANTIC VIEW Apartment

Cocina muy espaciosa. Parking en la puerta. La piscina es pequeña pero esta genial.

La casa esta bien pero se nota que leva tiempo alquilandose. El baño de abajo huele mal. La velux no tiene cortina y entra muchisima luz. Faltaba algun utensilios de cocina y la casa tiene varias reparaciones pequeñas por hacer debido al desgaste.

Few small maintence jobs that needed fixing but nothing that would put me off booking again.

The apartment was lovely and extremely quiet. It is well appointed with an amazing fully equipped kitchen . Comfortable beds and the added bonus of a private pool. Within walking distance to most things in Luz but a decent walk uphill to get back from the beach front area. Parking on site for your car.

Unfortunately there was an extremely nasty smell from the main bathroom drains - and despite being assured that once they were in frequent use this would remedy this issue - that was not the case! No amount of water made the slightest difference. This issue had been noted on reviews from a while ago and has obviously never been resolved! We had to shut off the main bathroom and block the bottom of the door with towels to eliminate the smell from spreading through the whole apartment. Fortunately, as there was only 2 of us we were able to still use the very small ensuite which had a window to the outside to help dissipate the smell.

Very quiet location but an easy walk to the centre of Luz (beach, restaurants etc). Was very clean.

Some minor niggles but otherwise great.

Location is perfect (walking distance to main beach and restaurants) and the place is very well furnished. Marie was an exceptional host, flexible for check-in and available when we needed her. Pool is a really big plus as well!
